• Phone calls. Your phone number, the time and length of the call, and a recording of the call (see below).
• Texts and photos you send. Messages and pictures of your lock, key, fob or VIN plate, so we can quote the job.
• Job details. Your name, the service address, and a note that we checked your ID or proof of ownership before opening a home, car or business. We do not keep a copy of your ID.
• Website analytics. Pages viewed, device type, approximate city and how you reached the site.

We do not ask for or store payment card numbers on this website.

California law requires the consent of everyone on a call before it is recorded, so we tell you before any recording starts. Calls to our numbers may be recorded for quality and training, and a short message at the start of the call announces it. If we call you back on a recorded line, we tell you at the start of that call too. If you do not want to be recorded, you can hang up and email or text us instead.

Our phone numbers run through a call-tracking provider, [call-tracking provider] , which receives your number, call time, call length, the recording, and which page or button you called from. The provider processes this for us under its service terms and does not use it for its own marketing.

If you text us, we reply about your job only. We do not send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us, and HELP for help.

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are useful. GA4 sets cookies in your browser. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, and our reports never show them. We do not run advertising or retargeting tags on this site. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site works the same without them.

To answer your call, quote and schedule the job, confirm who owns the property or car, send an invoice, and improve our service and this website. That is all.

Castle Park Locksmiths does not sell or share your personal information for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our call-tracking and texting provider, our email host, Google Analytics and any card processor we use, who handle it for us, or when the law requires it.

We keep call recordings and texts for about 12 months , job and invoice records for as long as tax and licensing rules require, and analytics data for the retention period set in GA4. When a period ends, we delete the data or remove what identifies you.

Email hola@castleparklocksmiths.com and tell us the phone number or name you used. We will confirm it is you, then send you what we have or delete it, except records we must keep by law. We answer within 30 days . We will not treat you differently for asking.

This website is for adults arranging locksmith work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
